SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our orders made before 3 pm the same working day from our US warehouse.  If your order is placed after 3 pm it will be shipped the next working day. Unless explicitly advertised on the product page. 

Orders placed before 11:30 am on Saturday will be shipped the same day. 

US:

 2-3 Business Days: FREE On all orders above $100
 NEXT BUSINESS DAY: Next Business Day before $9.99

International:
All international orders including those to the EU may be subject to local customs and duties (Import Tax) 

EU:
3-5 Business Days: $15.99

USA: 
2-3 Business Days: $16.99

Rest of the World: 
5-7 Business Days: $17.99

FAILED DELIVERIES

Digi Dash reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for this parcel, i.e. the customer will have to try to retrieve the parcel themselves, at their cost.

ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING

Please keep hold of your original box and packaging, in the event you need to return the product to us.

We cannot accept any returns without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, adapters, SIM card remover and all other items originally included with it.

REFUSED CUSTOM FEES 

Digi Dash is not responsible for any customs fees or duties applicable to international orders, if you refuse to pay the customs fees we are unable to refund your order.
